Очень часто подобные призывы впервые поялялись с трибун партийных съездов и собраний. Художник должен был их иллюстрировать. В данном случае проявлена находчивость – обслужил очередной идеологический заказ и не очень утомился. Любимый рабочий взял в руки переговорное устройство и заговорил на фоне компьютерной ленты.

Very often similar appeals for the first time appeared from tribunes of party congresses and assemblies. The artist should illustrate them.
